Very clean room and convenient location near the train station. The noise from the pub below could be disruptive at night.

i recently stayed here during a christmas party in birmingham, and it exceeded my expectations from my last visit. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station, making it super convenient. our double room was clean, and the food was good value, especially the freshly baked croissants at breakfast.

this place is a great value for money n located right in the center of birmingham, loved the comfy beds n quality linen. staff are super friendly and professional, made us feel welcome. we had no issues leaving our bags before check in n after check out, which was really helpful. drinks n food at the pub next door were legit too, everything was affordable and good quality.

the only thing that bothered us was a bit of noise at night, kinda hard to sleep with that going on. also, woulda been nice to have more storage space in the room.

It was a strong match for a city escape in Birmingham with definitely value for money. The receptionist was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. If you’re sensitive to noise, consider a room at the back.
